Our Leadership
MJ Simmen CEO & Founder
I founded Evolve Learning LLC to support founders, entrepreneurs, and growing teams who need practical, people-centered solutions. With a strong background in instructional design, training, technical writing, and content management, I’ve spent over 20 years helping businesses transform complex knowledge into clear, actionable learning content.​Now, I partner with clients like you to create learning systems, processes, and documentation that evolve as your business grows.​As a lifelong learner, I’m passionate about discovering new ideas and technologies. My experience spans industries like healthcare, financial services/fintech, cybersecurity, and retail, where I’ve helped organizations overcome challenges and seize growth opportunities. I hold a Master’s in Leadership and Organizational Transformation, a certificate in Instructional Design, and a certificate in Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Training Evaluation.​When I'm not working, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors, traveling, or pursuing photography.
